Three facial prints embedded in a web of ropes attempt to hold onto the presence of a person disappearing into their own thoughts, connections, and searches for identity. Each face is at once a portrait and a disappearance, a revelation and a suppression. The ropes serve as a metaphor for inner entanglement — what binds, restrains, and confines, yet also preserves form.
One of the prints was created during a performance at the exhibition opening.
